Sushant Singh has been furious with Alia Bhatt ever since she chose to opt out of Raabta, which has him in the lead. Taking a dig at Alia, he had tweeted:
We empathise with the Shuddh Desi Romance actor whose Dhoni biopic has run into choppy waters, Shekar Kapur flying in and out of the country with no news of when he puts his pet project Paani on floors, and Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! having bitten dust.
But it seems Sushant has conveniently forgotten how he ditched his buddy Abhishek Kapoor (known as Gattu in the industry) when he left him high and dry in Fitoor, compelling the director to sign Aditya Roy Kapur instead.
Sushant, let's tell you that Gattu had similar anguish because of you then. And frankly speaking, he still hasn't really forgiven you though he may not tell you that on your face. We hope you remember that Gattu was the reason your Bollywood dreams got a jumpstart with Kai Po Che.
